How this information is used

The bots may access approved third-party services and APIs to provide functionality, including Diablo-related event information, Blizzard updates, Ko-Fi supporter verification, and server integrations.

These services are used solely to provide community features.

Data Requests

Users who have questions regarding moderation-related data or wish to request deletion of support-related information may contact the Sanctuary moderation team through Discord or by opening a support request.

Because Sanctuary Wanderer does not retain user data off-platform, there may be no persistent user data available for deletion.

Security

Reasonable measures are taken to protect operational data used for moderation and support purposes. Access to support-related information is limited to authorized moderation staff where needed for community operations.
